Operations for AI visibility

Start with the format that gives clarity fastest.

Three formats. The express audit is the starting point for most cases: after it, it is clear whether anything should be done next and in what order. Movement between formats is not a ladder; not every project needs all three.

What this page is and what it is not.

This is not a price list

The price in the first two formats is fixed and published directly. After that — individual, because the scope of operational projects differs a lot between clients and does not fit into a tariff.

This is not an agency retainer

Ongoing operations is a coordinated execution layer across several directions, not a "hours per month in exchange for reports" subscription.

There is no required ladder between formats

Some clients take the express audit and stop there. Some skip the consultation because the report has already shown everything. Some return a year later for fresh diagnosis.

The express audit is the default starting point

Even when the client is sure they know what they want, diagnosis usually pulls out a different priority. Skipping diagnosis and going straight into execution is the most common pattern that makes client projects fall apart.

Participant programs are not connected everywhere

The network of 100,000+ real people enters a project only when the product category truly needs a live human layer. That is not always the case.

Independent measurement is a separate layer

When an independent AI visibility benchmark is needed, we can recommend AI100 as a separate study with its own methodology. Most projects proceed without it.

Three formats, one team.

Each format is a different scope of what we hold inside the project. The principles are the same across all three: documented execution, manual review of sensitive tasks, transparent results.

Not a ladder. A sequence of decisions.

An express audit can lead to a specialist consultation, to one narrow project with vendor coordination, to ongoing operations — or to nothing further, if the report itself closes the question. A consultation can remain one-off or lead into ongoing operations. Ongoing operations periodically returns to a fresh audit when the category, market, or business context changes. What matters is the sequence of decisions, not movement through levels.

Audit only

Express audit → the client runs the work inside the team or with current vendors. There is no further involvement from us. This often works when the client's team is strong and only needs an external view.

Audit and plan

Express audit → specialist consultation and work plan. The most common scenario. After the consultation, the client decides whether to do it themselves, delegate to vendors, or bring us on for ongoing operations.

Audit and ongoing operations

Express audit → ongoing operations. This works when the audit already makes it clear that there is enough work for several months, and the client does not want to assemble the team themselves.

Ongoing operations and repeat diagnosis

Ongoing operations → fresh audit at a set interval. Standard operating practice, not a sign that something broke.

Most projects begin with an express audit — $20, a couple of hours of review, then the client decides. Get an express audit — $20 →
