Terms of use
This document describes (1) use of the usersignals.ai site and (2) the format in which we run paid projects. The site itself is informational; commercial projects are governed by a separate signed agreement, and if there is a conflict, that agreement takes priority over these terms.
1. Site use
The content on usersignals.ai is published in good faith and reflects how we work at the time of publication. It is not legal, regulatory, or commercial advice. If you use the site content for decisions outside an active project — you do so at your own risk.
Industrial scraping of site content is prohibited, as are attempts to reconstruct our operating methodology from public materials or republish substantial sections of the site without attribution. Normal links and quotations with attribution are allowed.
2. Services
ECONDATA TECHSCRIBE LTD, trading as UserSignals, provides business-to-business advisory and software development services related to AI visibility — diagnosis of how AI systems and search engines interpret a client's brand, design of remediation programmes, and orchestration of partner and participant execution. Project scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined per engagement in the work agreement (see § 4). Indicative engagement formats are described on the "Work formats" page.
3. Contact form
Submitting the contact form is not an offer, contract, or obligation for either side. It is a structured way to send us context. We respond when the context allows for a useful answer. Submission by itself does not create a right to a specific answer, response time, or service.
We may reject a request that falls outside our work (see prohibited zones on the "Approach" page), does not fit our current capacity, or is not a fit for any other operational reason. A refusal is not an assessment of your business; most often, the decision is determined by capacity and fit with our specialization.
4. Cooperation format
Paid projects are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. That agreement specifies the scope of work, deliverables, deadlines, cost, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, and dispute resolution procedure. These site terms do not replace that agreement.
We run projects within the principles described on the "Approach" page: documented execution, manual review of sensitive tasks, explicit prohibited zones. If client instructions conflict with our principles, we either realign the work or end the project; we do not step outside the prohibition list for commercial flexibility.
5. Service delivery
Deliverables are digital and transmitted electronically (email attachment, shared document, or private repository link). Delivery time depends on the engagement format: Express visibility audit ($20) — written report within 2-3 business days from order confirmation; Specialist consultation ($200) — call scheduled within 5 business days, written summary within 2 business days after the call; Ongoing operations and custom projects — typical delivery 5-15 business days per agreed milestone, with specific scope and timing defined in the work agreement. We notify you when each stage is ready and confirm receipt before closing the engagement.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor shown on the payment page. By initiating payment, you agree to that processor's terms — you see and accept them before completing payment. We do not process, store, or have access to your payment instrument. Payment is due upon order, in the currency labelled at checkout. Refund eligibility for UserSignals services is defined in the Refund policy page and, for project-specific stages, in the work agreement.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund rules — including the 14-day full-refund window before work begins and pro-rata refunds afterwards — are documented on the Refund policy page. Stage boundaries used for pro-rata calculation are stated in the order confirmation and, for multi-stage engagements, in the work agreement.
8. No result guarantees
Visibility in AI systems and search engines depends on factors that neither we nor any other operator fully control: model behavior, third-party platform policies, the client's implementation choices, market conditions, and time. We do not guarantee search positions, citations, recommendations, or any specific AI system behavior. All expectations about results are documented in the work agreement, with all caveats and within a specific scope.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a paid service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount actually paid to us for that specific service. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
For free use of the site, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms, the site usersignals.ai, and the services described above are governed by the law of Cyprus. Disputes connected to use of the site or services published on it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cyprus, unless the parties agree otherwise in a written work agreement.
11. Changes to terms
We update these terms as our operating model develops. The "Updated" date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Material changes — changes that affect price, cancellation, liability, governing law, or the scope of a service — are notified at least 30 days in advance via a site banner or by email to active clients. Non-material changes (clarifications, formatting, typos) take effect on publication.
